Does your radio station play the "F*** her face" version of Poker Face?

Oh my god I can't believe I didn't know this! Just listened to the song on my laptop and I can clearly hear "**** her face" 

 

It makes sense now... Here in the UK Heart FM sometimes play Poker Face but they completely cut the whole "p-p-p-poker face" part... I never understood why but maybe they figured it out too

I heard the "clean" version today on WLTW 106.7 Lite FM in New York. WPLJ 95.5 New York also still plays that version. WEZN Star 99.9 in Connecticut and WFAS 94.3 in Westchester County both play the original version. All of these stations still play the song now and then, usually at least once a week (they don't play any new Gaga songs, sadly, only old ones)

 

Here is a comparison between the original and radio versions. The hook of the original plays first, then the one from the radio edit. Then, the "F*** her face/POH-ker face" play back-to-back to further showcase the difference.

They definitely knew about it in that case! I guess the edit doesn't circulate outside the US.

 

The edit is included on the American version of the "Now That's What I Call Music" collection since they almost-always use radio edits.

Here's Gaga alluding to it at the 03/28/14 Roseland show. At 8:31: "Do you remember when they let me say...'F-F-F-F*** her face, F-F-F*** her face'?"

 

And at the last ArtRave show in Paris, she literally screams it right before the transition to Telephone starting at 6:12

 

"p-p-p-poker face, PUH-PUH-FAK HUR FAAAYCE!!"

I have it on my Now that’s what I call music cd but whenever I put it on ITunes, iTunes tries to change it to the normal version. So I would like to have this too.

I remember when the song first came out and kept getting played on the radio all over my dad was the first one to bring it up how he thought she said, f her face. I was like, wtf does he know ? Then years later when I found out she actually did say it I was so shook lol. 

I heard it on the radio this week at my work and they definitely censored it.
