So am I, it was unreal to see her at my school. And Tony really moved me too! And I saw her for like 2 seconds in the car when she was driving away omg today has been so empty compared to yesterday

Same. Tony is amazing, I love him. :worship:

Yeah, today has been boring so far. :toofunny:

Yeah nothing that happened during SxSW or the Oscar ceremony turned any heads :Chica:

Oh I forgot Austin. The Oscars doesn't count because that was exactly my point: her doing pop music doesn't mean she's automatically gonna shock people. Though she clearly tried to be the last few years, between the meat dress and the vomiting, there wasn't really much. The Oscars/jazz thing was notable because she shocked people by just singing.

Anyway, it's not really an important point I made, I just responded to the OP saying that Gaga needed to make pop music to shock people again.

I guess it's all based on what you enjoy from a show.

I live for batsh!t, heavy rock shows or EDM raves, but I've been to a few jazz and orchestral ensembles and fairly enjoyed them, though not as much as I would have a more heavier show.

It's different for everybody.

3 points in and ready for more

I went like two weeks ago and While I overall had a great time and was so glad to be there, there were some things about THE EXPERIENCE I found to be off. First of all, I literally felt like I was the only Gaga fan at the show. Like it totally is a Tony Bennett concert featuring Lady Gaga. Tony does do more singing then Gaga. I just felt that if Tony was doing all of his songs, why couldn't Gaga do a jazz flavored Poker Face or any other song. There was this feeling that Gaga was distancing herself from her Little Monsters at the show, and it was a bit odd to me.

I'm just busting your chops, baby :zilla: But that being said, she is indeed still surprising people in ways that some of us don't give her credit for.

Sorry for you.

you made a big mistake writing "every monster was disappointed". Because that's simply not true. And most of the people who have gone say that it is amazing.

also, what everyone said... whay were you expecting of that concert?
