alright well you should've known by pictures and videos that Gaga was not going to be "Gaga." You need to appreciate that Tony is a living legend and that he's not going to be a round much longer. At Radio City, he was an incredible talent and sang without a mic. Not being stuck up, but even if you don't like it, you need to appreciate that.

oh i appreciate Mr Tony Bennet a lot and i understand that he is legendary!

But he didn't really interest me during the concert

As a person who turned up and found out it was cancelled as the doors were about to open, this kind of annoys me slightly :laughga:

Not sure why you turned up expecting to see the artrave or something lol. There's plenty of videos around to know what the show was going to be

Btw, for the ones who attended, how was the crowd? There were rumors in Belgian press that tickets sold poorly (though the organization denied this and reported near 4.000 sold tickets) but I'm wondering how full/empty the hall looked.

Title should be: C2C tour aka bringing the GP back to ha while slaying vocals in the process.

you gotta be kidding me. she's not bringing the GP back with jazz. She did prove to the GP that her vocals slay tho, that i gotta say

You must have been at the same one as me, frustrating to see other people expecting more than that of a jazz concert with a near 90 year old.

Whilst I appreciate your opinion OP, because you're right, it isn't everyone's taste, I just think the title is a little disrespectful because a lot of hard work went into the tour, and the majority of fans did enjoy it.

I'm really sorry you didn't enjoy it though.

don’t you know my a** is famous

Yeah but it was my fault for expecting too much. I thought i was constantly gonna fanboy over gaga and be like YAAAAAAAS every time she opened her mouth, and ignore the fact that jazz wasn't my cup of tea after all

instead i fell asleep :later:

Why the hell would you expect her being GAGA on a JAZZ tour?

God, sometimes I hate Pop fans.

There were multiple standing ovations for Gaga. :flutter:

Very few empty seats, great atmosphere.

People actually expects Gaga to be BTW and artRAVE Gaga on the C2C Tour? :saladga:
Guess you haven't been here much during the C2C era.

I expected to be blown away by just gaga's appearance alone,

I was tho.. for the first 5 minutes... the rest of the concert was just "ok she's there but she's actually normal with an awesome voice" and then i was bored

Eh

Are you kidding? It's a jazz festival, jazz tour. We were so embarrassed by those who screamed "MOMY" "GAGA YAS GAGA" I mean show some respect. It's like she would play theatre and someone in the audience would expect her to do some Judas choreography on stage. It was probably one of the best live shows I've ever witnessed, and yes, most people were there to see Tony, it's after all a JAZZ festival and Tony is one of the biggest names in jazz culture. Gaga is riding with this, so if anything you let her introduce herself to a new audience, she's always a monster by heart, and I feel so grateful for the fact that she mentioned her new album and made the paws up sign during the show, which I didn't expect from her, but she still did that to show love to her fans.
