I guarantee that 99% percent of you would say the same thing about Bad Romance if it were released during the ARTPOP era. It too had multiple hooks, strange lyrics, etc...and it wasn't "Too weird" for the general public. It set her APART. Imagine the breathtaking video that could've been released for it? Imagine the high concept performances on multiple television platforms? It may not be the best song on the album but it's a CLASSIC GAGA SONG. I don't care if it would have been a flop, I instantly loved the song when I heard it for the first time, I love the covers, and a video for that song could have been fantastic and very weird.
