People like clearly defined labels, the vagueness of bis-xuality and s-xuality being on a spectrum is hard for some people so grasp. The uncertainty of it makes them uncomfortable. It would be far easier for Shane to just say "I'm gay" and leave it there. But instead he is being honest, and in being honest is making it a little harder for his audience to understand. I think the days of homos-xuals being on the bi-now-gay-later plan might be over. Anyway, congratulations to Shane for being comfortable enough with himself to share this with the world.
