She had a tour,re-released her album,released singles. Gaga had a big tour,released an album with jazz covers,released 1 single that probably counts in the last years earningsShe had a tour with 1/4 amount of the dates Gaga had (and that's not even counting Cheek To Cheek) and it was a rerelease... Those generally don't sell nearly as much as the actual album (with some exceptions) and she never promoted it meanwhile Gaga released an album, promoted it, promoted her old album with a worldtour (OTR was in like 3 countries), photoshoots and promoted her new album. Gaga released a perfume too. No it wasn't.. It was a decently promoted re-release..The fact that it didn't get attention doesn't mean it was only for fans (most people that are interested in her didn't want to spend money to buy the album again for 2 songs and a few remixes) Sorry I don't like Bey that much She has a good voice and she is a good performer.But I can't see her as an artist What? How was it "promoted"? The lead single has never been performed... EVER. And Ring Off got no promo either. None of it was promoted. Madonna obviously had the higher grossing tour. I think Katy may have had more endorsements this year too. Didn't she have a cosmetics campaign or some hair thing? I think they are taking all the money they made into consideration. Artists only get like 30 to 35% off a headlining tour.
