Gaga and Patti met the first time in 2011

Gaga has said many times in 2008 - 2009 interviews that patti labelle is one of her vocal inspirations along with whitney houston. Gagas manager at the time even said "Was that patti labelle singing under the piano for you tonight?" in which gaga was happy to receive that compliment. After this performance, Patti Labelle complimented Gaga and Gaga continues to praise Patti Labelle. Patti Labelle is one of my favorite singers and I actually think she's the best singer. I would be amazed and so happy if Gaga and Patti did a trbitue performance together like when Patti and Mariah did this: Patti out-shined! Mariah

Skip to 1:32, many people think mariah hit that high note but it was actually Patti :flutter: 

 

Please gaga perform with Patti Labelle again :giveup:
