Her natural hair is as long as she had it at the end of the Bad Romance video just before the scene where she's in bed with the skeleton in the burnt bed. She's wearing a red outfit. That was her real hair. I think it's currently that long but she's been using hair extensions to show off her blonde hair. Actually, now that I think about it when her hair was naturally dark she also wore hair extensions. Remember her hair at the Met Gala? She was wearing hair extensions that night, too.
