You have no idea what that particular song could have meant for Gaga or how much effort she put in it writing it. you are basing it all of from your personal tastes, as if you were the pinnacle of music connoiseurs, which you are not.*likes*I ran out of likes *sad frog* But yes to this. "weaker" =/= filler Even then, who are we to say a song is weaker? I never knew you met all Gaga fans ane took their opinion of Brooklyn Nights vs ARTPOP And did I say all gaga fans? Nope. I obviously generalized, because there have been many topics about it on the forum, and every time it's the same result. And exactly, we don't know so how do you know she picked the best songs your argument of "she had 75 other songs to choose from" just isn't valid. You're calling anyone who doesn't have your opinion delusional, yet your opinion isn't even coherent I'm not even saying that she DOES have fillers. The lyrica - yes they are a mess but it is saltire. The song is a mess but she had another 74 songs to chose to put on the album. Donatella is not a fillerShe is not credited as a producer on the other song, only Zedd is. She did not produce it. Her intentions don't really matter to me, we all know its supposed to be an ironic parody, but it fails to feel like a proper, biting one. It is a filler. Gaga has creative control over what songs goes into her albums but with singers like Britney and Rihanna - who have no creative control - apart from singles their albums are poisoned with fillersI'm sure the Navy and the Army must have different opinions about that and about Fillers on Gaga albums.Fillers are completely based on personal Preference just like our fave songs.Its human nature for us to see no flaws on our Faves albums. With all of the albums, even the tracks I'm not crazy about have been given the same care and attention as the more favored tracks.I agree. Gaga wrote the lyrics to all of her songs, and was heavily involved in the music and/or production of all of the songs on ARTPOP. She also sang each one of them live in some setting, including on the tour. Instead of only having 10 to 12 songs on the album, this album had 15. She could have left off 3 to 5 songs, but chose not to do that, which means she wanted these songs (out of the many she wrote) on the album. Even Fashion, which only got a couple of minutes on tour and was dropped eventually, still was written by, worked on and selected by Gaga...out of her other songs that could have made the album.
