Monsters get mad when people say that Gaga straight out copies everything Madonna does. The same way Gaga stans cannot admit Madonna has inspired Gaga... I guess that makes it even! Psychedelic 1,098 Posted May 8, 2014 Share Posted May 8, 2014 OMG! Some people here are so pressed, making artRAVE comparisons! You have to understand Gaga and Katy are different kind of artists. In my opinion both shows are mazing in their own way. They're both visually incredible, Katy has more themes and elaborate visuals for each segment while Gaga is on continueous party which is centered in that theme only. We all know Gaga has better vocals but stop saying Katy has no talent or stage presence, she may lack energy on stage but her voice is not that bad, and the acoustic section proves she is very talented on the guitar and singing ballads. I wish Gaga could've done something more theatrical and acrobatic like Katy did this time, but they are so different I won't compare it. The artRave acomplishes what it was intended for, a big party for Gaga fans. As as the Prismatic tour, it is a beautiful spectacle that anyone in the family can enjoy, I just wish Katy had more energy on stage, doesn't mean she is a bad performer. And yes, Katy is using a lot of elements other artist have used in the past, such as Madonna an Gaga, but she elaborated to make them hers. The stage is a mess, but lets face it, the quality of the images is excellent. Her stage presence stills very poor, and the crow looks very dead. Slay K. ❝Is not blue, not turquoise, not lapis.
