Economy 47,574 Posted January 14, 2014 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Yeah but... but has more to do with choices women make than oppurtunities For instance here in Canada (and in other Countries also im sure) less women go into good paying fields like being a doctor, lawyer, engineer and even the trades... more women choose to work part-time in places like retail or being waitresses instead. But part is cultural also. Many immigrants are from Countries where they think this way and when they move to Canada they still live this way So women have oppurtunities, they just need to actually take them!
