Whether ***Flawless is a feminist song or not, it is an empowering song for women. Lord knows women need more power anthems.

 

It reminds me of Gaga's G.U.Y. and how she said it represented the new wave feminism.

So it seems retailers (and possibly radio) are pissed they got left out because of Beyonce's iTunes exclusive.

 

Target has boycotted the album.

 

Amazon is also not selling the CD, but strangely they're selling the digital version.

 

I wonder even if radio might get their revenge by not supporting her singles.

what she did was brave, amazing and unexpected, but it will have downsides for sure...
