She has filmed like 5 music videos, in Paris, Australia, London, New York & LA or just one video in those locations. Nobody knows what she is doing. And when she is planning to release them.

I feel really sorry for her fans. Her label have obviously held things back because they feel like the songs she gave a taster of didn't have a positive reception, especially that crazy Bow Down/I Been On. That song was hands down her most badly received song of all time and it suddenly seemed like everyone was crawling out the woodwork to say that they thought she'd got too big for her boots and wasn't as successful as she claimed to be in the song. Her managers and PR team realised what a terrible mistake this song was and went into damage control mode and the album that seemed to be on the brink of being released...wasn't. The promo Beyonce did throughout 2013 was incredible: Performing the national anthem at Obama's inaguration, Superbowl performance, Pepsi commercial with her original song, commercials for H&M and L'oreal with her original song, Life Is But A Dream documentary, her Mrs Carter Show world tour of old hits, voiceover role in the animated film, Epic with a original song, her cover of Back To Black on The Great Gatsby soundtrack, featured vocals on album tracks by Kelly Rowland, The-Dream and Jay-Z. Anyone else doing that kind of promo would have released an album at some point in the middle of this. Her fans have been tearing their hair out because Beyonce got all these amazing opportunities to promote her new album and used none of them. Her album may not have been cancelled, but something has gone down at her label over its content and release. I understand they wanted to bring her back to form after 4 and get the public loving her again to act as a good foundation for a new album, but that marketing scheme has a time limit. People are genuinely confused as to why Beyonce's back and doing all this promo but doesn't have a new album to show for it. I think that's why people are getting annoyed with her: it's like she's back purely because she missed being the centre of attention.

I was wondering too, why Beyonce was everywhere, and people were talking about her, even though her last album came out more than 2 years ago

And that "Bow down" thing has really turned lots of fans and GP I think. Personally, I don't like when somebody sounds arrogant and act like a "queen".

It was the exact same for us though. The era concept was scrapped and changed, It was supposed to come out autumn 2012, then spring 2013, finally summer 2013. Plus right now with the DWUW vid, the meltdowns with the single switch and the couple dozen BTWB shows cancelled. :coffee:
