adele can play the fat nun chick with the awesome powerful voice

taylor can play the quiet nun

madonna can play the old pissed off mean nun who hates everything

gagz can play whoopi's part since shes already learning from a great lounge singer in tony bennett

I disapprove of what you say, but will defend to the death your right to say it.

Not thrilled about this, but I will try to give it a chance. In my opinion, the only remakes that out-shined the originals were John Carpenter's The Thing (1984) and The Fly (1986).

The only remakes that I thought were decent (not better but alright films just as stand alones) was The Texas Chainsaw (2003), The Women (2008), The Producers (2005), and Rob Zombie's Halloween (theatrical cut only). I thought the original films though were masterpieces, so I still considered them unecessesary. Friday the 13th would have been an okay remake if the director didn't have such an obsession with trying to blur the line between horror and ****, but as I didn't care for the original it was alright for me. Just my opinion though.

Why do they remake good movies?

Why not remake bad movies and get them right?

Because then they can't cash in on the nostalgia and popularity of the original.

Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."
