Holiday has been confirmed for the tour.

Some DJ confirmed he was remixing it for her set and that's she's mixing older stuff with new material.

Houston producer/engineer Mike Dean is currently working with Madonna on the Rebel Heart Tour and confirmed “Holiday” will be part of the setlist!

Here’s the excerpt from his latest interview for The Fader…

The Fader: What are you working on these days?
Mike Dean: I’m working on Madonna’s tour right now, helping her put her show together. It’s cool: taking old songs and making the old stuff match the new stuff. I try to use all the same sounds I use on music now. Drums. Replace bass lines with 808s. Trap snares, hi-hats—all that ****. It’s kind of cool. We’re working on “Holiday” right now.

It took me so long to appreciate that album's genius. Don't give up on it tbh.
