The arguing going on in here is so stupid I can't believe what I'm seeing. If it just keeps going back and forth the thread will have to be closed. To settle it:

1) Gaga didn't invent catwalks. The stage was not inspired by artRAVE in any way. Coming here to say that is obviously just going to stir up madonna fans which leads me to my next point

2) this isn't a Gaga v madonna thread. Houdini I know you have a habit of this but you can't compare Gaga and Madonna in touring. Madonna is a living legend who like the Rolling Stones and other acts of their stature can tour and still be a success no matter what. Touring power hardly ever goes away once you reach legend status and it definitely has nothing to do with relevance because if it did Rebel Heart wouldnt be struggling for 200k in the US nor would she struggle for a Hot 100 hit. A legend needs no further validation to their success.

3) once again this is about the tour. Keep discussing that and only that.

​Dacayed ? She added second shows in 7 cities in North America and 7 cities in Europe and even added a third show in Turin. The only stadium show of the tour is already sold out. Gaga only added two second shows in two cities in NA and only in London and Paris (where it was a theatre) she added shows. Even Madonna when she is in her lowest peak of her career can sold more than Gaga in her early career peak. Madonna with 32 years of career can sold more tickets and create bigger demand than a 6 years's career artists. If you want to talk about decay look at the Artrave and compare it to the Monster Ball or the BTWB

You are pretty basic. Of course in 32 years of career a person has more die-hard-fans who will pay those ridiculous overpriced tickets than a person with only 6 years of carrer. is 2+2

​South America was a mess with the MDNA Tour. In Buenos Aires the two shows had half capacity of the Stadium. and Chile hate her so much because she left the stage in the middle of the show

​South America a mess ? Seriously ? With only 12 shows she sold 525,000 tickets and gross $67 million. In Buenos Aires even if the stadium was half full she still sold 90,000 tickets there which is far far from a failure.

Gaga with the same amount of shows sold 347,000 tickets and gross $26 million
