Rushing through to have time for the celebrities. Thats my guess. Unfortunately he probably picked the worst concert for a meet & greet; he was competing with Hollywood celebrities for her time.

Keep in mind that we're talking about at least three management teams (Gaga's, Tony's and the venue's), so it's not like Gaga and Tony randomly decided to cut down the M&G. Poor guy, though, I hope she gets to see his message 

​This.  Evidently something went terribly wrong that night.  As you said, it could have been a problem concerning Gaga, Tony, or the venue, or someone on one of the staffs messed up.  For example, venues have been known to throw everyone out at a certain time because they have a huge staff of their own to pay, or people are scheduled to come in and get started setting up for the next event.  Gaga is always taking the blame for everything, and later we find that the decisions were not hers to make or the situation was beyond her control.

I experienced a similar thing with Demi, and though it was only $500, it was so short that I didn't even get the chance to look at her. Was I disappointed? Not really, but it is a bit of a shame that we pay such a huge amount of money and barely get to interact with our favourite artists, so I can definitely understand the disappointment.

Like those above have mentioned, we don't know who was in charge of the M&G, so you can't blame Gaga or Tony for what happened without knowing who was responsible. I hope Gaga gets in touch with you though, I feel like she is the type of person who doesn't want this happening to her fans.

A disgrace. No matter if it's mismanagement, I'm kinda shocked that Tony and Gaga would just allow that to happen. They should be the ones in charge in that particular moment.

In any case, this definitely reminds me never to pay up for VIP/M&G tickets

I'm kind of sad that she's become like this. It's standard "superstar" behavior.

Lady Gaga of 2009-2011 would rather not have a meet'n'greet at all than treat her fans like this.

I wonder if she even understands what $1900 means to most people anymore.

I can't imagine ever having that amount of money to spend on such a thing, and for sure I wouldn't even consider it now.

You know, the fact that people pay that much money to MEET a stranger is exactly what makes these celebrities think they're something more than us "mere mortals". Don't give them that much money or attention and they will stay humble.

I don't think Gaga's a cold-hearted b---h who doesn't give a **** about the fact that this guy spent that much money to meet her, but I do think she sometimes can't be arsed and lets the management play the role of the bad guy. I'm sure many celebrities are like that, but at least we know that when Gaga's in the mood, she really gives herself to the fans.

I'm just being pessimistic and nitpicking but there's a few things that have irked me and made me second guess her slightly.

Her tweets about Caitlyn Jenner gave me bad vibes because I'm 90% sure they've never met and she was just jumping on the bandwagon to get mentioned on Buzzfeed or whatever. She's been dressing "beautiful" and "classy" for so long now and it coincides with the engagement announcement, I always thought she hated fulfilling that type of gender role. The way she promotes herself on social media has changed a lot too. Prior to ARTPOP she never asked any of us to buy her albums, she'd always say "get"... now her Twitter is plastered with iTunes links. She used to use social media in a much more honest way, that was how she built up the fanbase. I don't know. She's been ****ed over by so many people in her career, of course she deserves luxuries like the house and the cars and I want her to be healthy and happy. I just think money changes people. Gaga has given us so much over the years, more than we'll ever fully know tbh.
