How the break allowed her to think and find Gaga again. Yoga has nothing to do with having or showing off a "hot" body; that's simply one of the MANY results of it. Also, for reference: Hot yoga, or Bikram yoga which Gaga practices, is practiced in 105 degrees, 40% humidity. It's not steamy; just hot. There's honestly nothing s-xy about it because everyone in the room is sweating profusely and sliding around their mats. I don't mean a light glisten like in Men's Health, either; students can sweat out up to 7 pounds from their body in a single class. "Baby bend overBaby bend overBaby bend overLet me see you do that yoga." I would lose a lot of respect for Gaga if she were to release something like this. If she feels the need to release something related to or inspired by yoga, the direction of Ray of Light would be so much better in terms of not s-xualizing yoga and showing a more mature content matter.
