PartySick 160,361
I doubt they'll like her other work though. Its not like they will magically start listening to her Electronic music.   You'd be surprised. I have a 70 year old friend who really likes all her music, especially ARTPOP and Born This Way. He was telling me about the strange looks he got from people while blasting Swine from his truck  Older people are a lot more open minded than a lot younger people and can appreciate a song's subject/substance better than most rather than taking it for face value. Even if they don't like how it sounds, I'm sure a lot of them can hear what it means and feel it because they were born in the golden days when music was lyrically intelligent like most of Gaga's work. You're stinky
Oscar 1,031
lmao they'll definitely be more inclined to buy her new music since they know she's a quality artist worth giving a chance too. I think the biggest benefit of the C2C era is how much inspiration she'll get to write new music. I don't think Gaga would come up with anything interesting if the only music she performed was her own.
KaanBTW 5,244
Older people will not be interested for her next pop album.
Swan Heart 7,382
And her vocals have improved SO much after she started working with Tony.. I mean... these Bang Bang vocals were insane! I was in awe.. They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.
Dorothy Gale 7,575
Older people will not be interested for her next pop album. Eh, even if only 2% of the older generation checks out her album it'll help.
KaanBTW 5,244
Eh, even if only 2% of the older generation checks out her album it'll help. But title says "You have no idea how much the C2C tour will help Gaga" Or is it a sarcasm?

Whispering 18,865
Can't wait for the old stans to speind their monthly pension checks on the queen Most of these older fans have a lot more money than the young, unemployed, living with their mommies here. Older adults have disposable income. People here complain about buying a single on iTunes.

Plus, I saw lots of older people and older couples at TFM and at the ArtRave. I was surprised to see so many older fans at the ArtRave, but they were there!
Ex 81
I love how you bring this up because yesterday I went to the show in Concord and there were these older people around us who were shamelessly bashing gaga before the show  yet afterwards they said "wow, she can really sing!"
Mariano 958
Exactly what I hope Gaga will take advantage of... Her lead single needs to be something appealing to wider audience, something like Rolling in the deep (not necessarily the same sound/style, but as widely apealing)
Yanko 9,860
It's not about old people buying ARTPOP. It's about they stop thinking she is a crazy-ass slut that wears meat dresses cause yolo and is talentless yeah i said the exact same thing "yes they will respect her"
Ronk 14,762
Can't wait for the 70 year olds to spend their coins on iTunes and request Gaga's new singles on the radio. I fall into that category and do all of that plus gift plenty of copies of her albums. I think Gaga is a person who deserves support. Gaga has more older fans than people think.  I agree with the OP that C2C will improve her image greatly, but I have been a fan since 2010. The Grammy performance was also huge for her. People who have discovered she has talent will be inclined to pay attention to her future works and at least give them a try. I live outside the space time continuum.
TimisaMonster 31,073
No need...the reviews, video, promo, Grammy, Oscar performance has ALL been helping her career heal after ARTPOP...I may not care for jazz but we all care to see her succeed ... C2C will soon come to an end and we'll have PopGa again  Stream my new single, 💜"Heartbeat"💜, on Spotify!
