Pandemiya 61
I'm on the side of the oppressed peopleWhat you see on the media isn't the truth, it's all lies to demonize IsraelNever has there ever existed a "Palestine" in history with an ethnic group of people. But as soon as the Jews who were being ethnically cleansed in countries all over the world gain their home land back, (which it has been for 3,000 years) the arabs suddenly want a ****ing palestine? Let's not even get into Pallywood.

lego 44,165
What is the purpose of posting this now? When I posted this video Y'all were here screaming how it's edited and bad answers were left out. But how are your videos any different? Because an Israeli, who is asking the questions, can't be biased? lol Because the questions are misleading and making it out to be all about the religion, then maybe you should explain why Palestinian Christians hate Israeli occupation as well? Is it the religion or maybe the killing, oppression and the land theft? Anyway, few comments under your videos pretty much sum it all up. This one American (or Australian idk) guy's comment stood out. I don't necessarily agree with every word, but it's a good answer to your video. "bookguitarguy This question is a great example of how ignorant, simple-minded, and/or insincere most Americans and Israelis are. The motives for these questions are underhanded, as Mr Gil-Shuster appears clearly biased in favor of Israel, and the fact that an Israeli even asks this question shows his delusional thinking, ie, "Their hate for us is not because we (Israel) are killing his people, stealing their land, humiliating them, and controlling/ruining their lives and livelihoods in the West Bank and Gaza, it's because of Islam". Which is bull****, as anyone who's studied what Palestinians suffer at the hands of Israeli settlers and the Israeli army EVERY single day most definitely knows. It's EXTREMELY telling that the Palestinian Christian interviewed hated Israel VERY much ("10"), and that proves the point, it's what Israel has been DOING to the Palestinian people for over 60 years, that makes Palestinians hate them. You would find many more Christians in the West Bank, including Bethlehem, and Jerusalem itself, who HATE Israel as well for what they're doing-though they probably don't hate the people themselves, and are blinded by the biblical idea that Israelites are "God's chosen people", which makes them a lot more tolerant of Israeli human rights violations than they would otherwise be. Frankly, no sincere Christian who is attempting to live according to the teachings of Jesus could possibly live under the harsh Israeli occupation there, see Palestinians murdered and humiliated, going through checkpoints, put under curfews, having their homes bulldozed, having the water for their poor villages diverted (STOLEN) by illegal Israeli settlements, arrested and jailed indefinitely without charges *(administrative detention), and too many more to list, and NOT hate the state of Israel... because Jesus himself would NEVER condone these things, and they know it. "He who is not angry when there is just cause for anger is immoral. Why? Because anger looks to the good of justice. And if you can live amid injustice without anger, you are immoral as well as unjust." - St Thomas Aquinas In any case, these questions are at least entertaining, and some of the answers are informative/thought provoking, but for those of us who've really studied this issue, they're not telling us anything we didn't already know. If I lived there, under Israel rule and abuses as they are, I'd probably give Israel a 10 rating, too.. or maybe even a 12, so I don't judge those Palestinians at all. American Christians (and a lot of Israelis, apparently) just don't grasp whats going on there, probably because they don't want to know, as it would conflict with their beliefs about Armeggedon, Greater Israel, or whatever it is that allows them to rationalize killing children and other civilians, and harassing them on a daily basis. To show how reprehensible and sneaky these Israelis, and their Israeli puppet friends are, if Palestinians say they know little about Islam, yet hate Israel, these assholes will try to portray them as ignorant about their religion, and hateful bigots who just hate Israel for no reason (LOL). If on the other hand they say they know a lot about Islam (and still hate Israel), these Zionism-apologizing misfits will say that Palestinians hate Israel BECAUSE of Islam, and use that to denounce the Muslim religion, and (more importantly) to justify Israel's crimes and hatred for the Palestinian people. Israel is hated by anyone who knows what they (Israel) are doing, and why-they want the West Bank territory, and the benefits of access to oil, water rights, and other resources in the area. Once the entire Muslim culture is undermined by the wars the US and Israel are "encouraging" in the region (with the help of Mossad and the CIA), and enough Muslims become radicalized due to OUR actions and the actions of Israel, which turn decent, moderate Muslims into "fanatics", with a desire for revenge after Israel/the US murders their friends or their children THEN it'll be easier for them to justify to themselves and to clueless Americans that genocide of Palestinians, and stealing the entire West Bank land from them (and Gaza too) was "Self-defense", and "something we have to do". Anyone who's surprised, in any way, shape, or form that so many Palestinians hate the US, and Israel, is basically declaring to the world that they are ignorant about the history of this conflict, and/or totally biased against Palestinians as human beings, and the distorted view they get of Palestinians from western media as well as the many Israeli abuses that rarely make the news are another big part of the problem. The guy who said 100 was probably the most honest of all, and I say, "Rock on, Palestinians". Fight for your land and your freedom... I hope some day you get them, and that Israeli will get the hell out of your country, and let you live in peace, as you did for many hundreds of years-side by side with Jews and Christians, before the "Jewish state" and Zionism began to cause problems in the region." and the comment on your first video " denig Why would they hate them? They're living so comfortably on Palestinians land while the Palestinians are pushed into smaller and smaller areas with ****ty living conditions. I really am blessed that I live in Texas with no checkpoints where soldiers treat me as if I'm less than human." Exactly. FreePalestine

Jjang 2,262
The state of Israel was built upon an established Palestinian territory. The Partition Plan was optional, not obligatory. Therefor, the Arabs' excuse for their rejection which is an unwillingness to accept any form of territorial division, as well that the plan represents a violation of the principles of national self-determination is valid and reasonable in the political world. The undercurrent that the plan was forming was leaning towards the idea of Jewish domination as the Jewish State was to receive 56% of Mandatory Palestine. From the Balfour Declaration : His Majesty's government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people. Any encyclopedia published before 1949 recognizes palestine. David Ben-Gurion had a Palestinian passport. The term 'Palestine' was used in Roman times and Herodotus in 500 BC. As well as it occurs several times in the Bible. In the modern sense, International recognition of the State of Palestine is given by 70% of the states of the United Nations. As for its currency : Palestine stamps : And how many items are marked with a 'made in Palestine' mark? plenty. During the British mandate, the Palestinians' lands were being sold to the Jews by force because the British raised the taxes over them. the Palestinians were also expelled in the Palestinian exodus, some came back to claim their property, the israeli gov. put laws that prevented them to claim it. The entire conflict was essentially based on manipulating Arab leaders / citizens, such as the McMahon–Hussein Correspondence which revolts in alliance with the United Kingdom, and in return the UK would recognize Arab independence ended up being a plan to split and occupy parts of the promised Arab country. As some of you already know, this conflict / situation is far from a black & white one, but its truly saddening to see the extreme denial of some historical facts ; how can anyone deny that Arabs' private homes & properties were stolen? My grandfather (from my dad's side) had his business taken away from him, my grandmother (from my mom's side) was told to immediately leave her house for 'safety reasons' and to come back when they order her to do so - when she came back there was already a Jewish family living in her own home which she lived in since she was a child, the mother of the family was wearing my grandmother's clothes. She was forced to start from zero. It doesn't matter which side you're on to recognize that its indeed a very sad scenario. I'm a Christian, Israeli - Arab that coexists peacefully with my Jewish friends, although I do have my critique of the political right wing of Israel, I do not consider myself to be anti - Israel as others would claim. I, just like many others, is only trying to make sense out of it all in order to discuss ways to achieve peace between both sides. I believe Palestine needs to be set free of Hamas before anything else.
