It could reflect her indie-rock (non pop) style, and wouldn't have the pressure of being a "Gaga" album. Maybe use "Lady Gaga" for her greatest hits album?This is actually a really good idea!!! The thing about self-titled albums is that they tend to lack an overall theme which kinda makes the album seem like it doesn't have a message or purpose. I agree it can come across uninspired unless it delves into introspective thoughts about herself, however has she already done that to a degree or is it all just fantasy?Actually, it would be interesting if she had an album that featured both Stefani and Gaga, then use the album to show any distinction or to show they are one in the same and it is who she really is. Stefani could get into her pre Gaga years and her inspiration in music and art and the other half could focus on her taking on the Gaga name and persona through getting signed and her rising ride to fame though she had the "fame."i think it would be neat, because it could be a way to reference her older material and expand upon it.
