JazzGa 14,621 Posted May 24, 2015 Share Posted May 24, 2015 So chances are that Gaga and Tony's second jazz album of Cole Porter songs, Red Hot & Blue, is going to be coming out before her next pop project. Many of us were originally uncertain of the jazz genre and said we would buy Cheek to Cheek and give it a listen, see how it felt. Although we were all impressed by Gaga's vocal slayage, the genre didn't grow on all of us and, for some, the album sits dusty on our shelves while we wait for her next pop project. Most of us have made our decision about whether or not we like jazz standards and we have a pretty good idea of what Red Hot & Blue is going to sound like.If Red Hot & Blue comes out sooner than her next pop album, will you buy it anyways because any new Gaga tunes are better than no new tunes? Will you buy it just to support your Queen even if you plan to add it to your collection and not listen? Will you bop to it for months or a year or forever?
