His work is legendary though. He directed MJ's Billie Jean, and also my all-time favorite music video: He said he would return to music video's in 2010 and he directed another A-ha music video in that year, but he hasn't done anything since . Those 2 have been flirting with each other for too long, this needs to happen already.Otherwise, I think the best new music video director to date is Yoann Lemoine aka WoodKid - he'd be able to create something really special and out of this world for Gaga. I think Andrew Thomas Huang would be a good pick, in a similar vein than WoodKid - he did great visual work with Björk.That would also be great for her to work with really iconic French photographers and video directors like Jean-Baptiste Mondino, or Jean-Paul Goude who directed most of Grace Jone's visual works - Gaga and Goude are actually friends, so that could totally happen. As far as someone new goes, I'd love to see something directed by Sophie Muller. She's very visual and artistic but at the same time her stuff is relatable enough for the GP.
