Romania might get disqualified from Eurovision and lose the rights to broadcast it. This is due the financial issues the Romanian broadcaster TVR has. They have a debt of 10 million Euros which comes from unpaid bills to EBU from 2011-12.

In addition to this they could also lose the rights for broadcasting UEFA Euro 2016 and the 2016 Summer Olympics.
