zexion_armando 241 Posted May 19, 2015 Share Posted May 19, 2015 Its stupid, but IP defense is very weird and you have to be very proactive and very reactionary with how your IP's and trademarks are held and opposed.So even reaching and claiming defensive measures are expected, because otherwise it might lead to losing or other dumb trademark nonsense. Avengers: The Age Of Ultron is listed on Top 10 all time best selling too, as well as Avengers, and Iron Man 3, none of DC's to be seen. Nor Top 20 for that matter.
