I'm looking at you, Britney.Britney's label had good reason - it was obvious that Itunes would soon reduced the demand for GH albums. Girls Aloud, Kylie, and several others did GH eras them. Artists seem to tend to release them when their careers have begun to naturally decline, and I hope we're not already there with Gaga. If anything I'd rather get an album of unreleased tracks. If it HAS to be a greatest hits album, how about a two disc one? One disc would have the greatest hits while the other would have unreleased hits. We're all Stronger Together! I mean you could release one right now and include tracks like GUY and Marry the Night but those are barely considerable.
