Thank you for...stating the obvious? your negative passive aggressive (predictable) post contributed to nothing as well. & you haven't justified it. Whatever, i'm not in the mood for turning this into a big discussion now.

then don't quote me. bye :Jase:

That's true. But for the international community it can do much, maybe not instantly effective on Palestine itself but it can be for interreligious (+ political) communication and in general public pressure/emotion it can be a step towards a larger anti-Israel sentiment that could be effective in a lot of areas too.

So not useless.

It might, who knows?  but it's not even half effective as negotiations and is not helping de-facto. Leaders needs to sit & talk, and while this is not happening, the hostility between these two-sides will only grow.

I don't believe the goal is to stoke "anti-Israeli" sentiment.  Pressure from neutral parties (Vatican) will help both sides see the need for cooperation and a just peaceful resolution to the war ravaged region.

I don't believe it either, but I do believe that no matter what the goal is, it will be effective for it anyway. Not saying that that's a good thing, just saying that "useless" didn't cut it. Everytime someone/something important supports the two-state solution, Netanyahu looks more like the one holding back the peace process.
