That's a stupid reason if it's your excuse. To me, it's not about Sales I mean I listen to indie artists/unknowns all the time But the songs on AP (all of them) aged badly. I used to LOOOVE listening to MANiCURE, guy, MJH the most, now when I play them I only hear noise and I feel bored. I just dont want to hear them anymore, I cant enjoy the songs not even applause. ARTPOP, however, was amazing at first listen too especially since I almost had a heart attack after listening to it from beginning to end on the day of its release. That's SO true for some songs from ARTPOP. (MANiCURE and G.U.Y used to be some of my faves but now I can't even listen to them.)
