You can keep using them if you like. They are merely saying theres no substitute what some people dont understand is muscle building isnt just about the amount of protein ur putting in. Theres different types of proteins (some are digested faster than others). and different carbs and nutrients play a part in muscle buildings as well They are simply pointing out that chocolat milk has just about the best possible combination and proportion of each nutrient so its difficult for any shake to be AS good.
