1 in 3 Dutch citizens would rather not see gays kissing

I was on the train back home yesterday and this straight couple, both in their late 20s/early 30s couldn't stop making out, tongues all over the place and looks that made you think they hadn't ****ed in 10 years. I personally find it a little over the top, ridiculous and tasteless, almost as if these people just like being watched while they do it. And I feel exactly the same about gay couples.

My boyfriend and I walk around hand in hand exchange kisses on the lips but extreme PDAs are so unnecessary.

Having said that, when I don't like something I just look away, which is what everyone else should to too instead of telling people what they can or can not do.

I'm Dutch and I've NEVER seen two guys kiss in public... Kinda tragic, our country is one of the most gay-loving countries, but there still is so much shame...

I often see guys holding hands at de Lijnbaan in Rotterdam, but gays seem to do it more privately (which is also good imo. kissing is for private time).
