What I'm trying to convey with my earlier post is that this photo of them hugging, as 'meaningless' it may look for some, also serves as a welcome development for others after all the years of impressions and suspicions beyond what were actually made known to the public by the two themselves. Madonna felt her song was 'ripped-off' and reacted the way she did for almost a year or so. Gaga, on one hand, said she doesn't care if Madonna dislikes her. I haven't heard or read anywhere that they personally 'hate' each other aside from the assumptions / interpretations being stated by the press and the hardcore fans.Same goes with Gaga and Katy Perry. Her 'disliking' or even 'hating' the other remains as an assumption for the simple ground that they haven't explicitly declared that one personally 'dislikes' the other, and vice versa. Your post was certainly vague enough to be interpreted as though you thought the entire feud was the product of the over imaginative minds of hardcore fans and the press. I'm glad that isn't the case. However I think you are mistaken if you honestly believe Gaga is indifferent about Madonna mocking her and her fans every night in the MDNA tour. That hurt her, regardless of what she told Howard Stern.Your post just struck me as ridiculous. The way you were implying that it couldn't get any better than a selfie of them hugging with a shady caption on instagram. I've my own assumption like everyone else with how Gaga genuinely felt with Madonna's actions. I believe she was hurt (and probably still is), especially if we empathize with her as someone who looks highly to someone but the admiration from that certain someone was reciprocated by mockery. It's hurtful. But then again, it's still technically a presumption from an observer's point of view until the subject at hand explicitly says so. And again, I didn't post or mean at all that whatever they feel towards each other is the fault of the fans or the press alone. That post was merely reflecting my initial reaction when I saw that photo of them hugging after years of speculations from the parties not them. I apologise if it came off that way to you for whatever reason. It's never meant and is not meant to blame someone. What I posted is that the photo couldn't get any better because it's among those least expected, if not expected at all, to see at this time when speculations of animosity between Gaga and the two are discussed for the longest time. I'm so overwhelmed with emotion, I came home from work expecting nothing special but damn pics with Katy Perry and Madonna plus one with Bieber! Gaga looking fabulous as always though.
