Bruce Jenner sued for wrongful death over highway crash

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The stepchildren of a woman killed in an automobile crash involving Bruce Jenner sued the Olympic gold medalist Friday for wrongful death, claiming they have suffered enormous damages.

The lawsuit provides no new details about the February crash, which authorities said occurred when Jenner's sport utility vehicle collided with the woman's car, pushing it into oncoming traffic. Kim Howe, 69, died at the scene.

The lawsuit by Dana Redmond and William Howe does not specify how much they are seeking. They claim Jenner was negligent when he collided with heir stepmother's car, causing them and other relatives "great losses."

Jenner's publicist Alan Nierob declined to comment.

Jenner, 65, has not been charged in the case. An investigation is ongoing.

But these are step children that don't even have a close relationship with her...especially after their dad died. Sadly, she had no family besides them. So it seems to me that they want money and that's all...I don't think they're grieving THAT deeply and it seems all fake

We can't really speculate on their relationship though. I am not sure what typically happens legally as a result of these types of accidents so I don't know if this lawsuit is typical or no.

That's facts tho...not speculation. But in this case...the step children would need to prove  (documents or pictures) they were closeclose to her to even THINK they were getting money...they don't even live in California and didn't keep contact with her after their father died...it's cringe worthingly obvious why they're suing Bruce

​Those are the reports from the deceased...they tried to contact any family of hers, but she had none except those two step children...

The step children were then found out to not have had any contact with her in years and only NOW came out cuz her will apparently was going to give money to charity and the people want the money for themselves
