​On of then biggest problems is that some especially right and left people using Israel to be anti-semitic. 

In my city for example is the so called Montagsmahnwache (funny,it's always on Saturdays but it has Monday in its name) which is for freedom but beats you up if you are Jewish. 

​Well it's almost a cert that those people either have anti-semitic views of their own (and are intentionally contriving it to be due to Israel) or else have very dodgy comprehension to realise that the Israeli government =/= Israeli people =/= Jewish people. The reason for the increase in attacks is still due to Israel's actions and war crimes though, as the stats seem to suggest that attacks wouldn't have been so high otherwise - but I think Europe has to make a bigger push in general to get rid of anti-semitism, particularly in countries where these attacks are so regular.

Leave it to Netanyahu to imply that the West is planning another Jewish extermination.

And even more disturbing: there is not one mention of a proposed source for this rise of conflict. Where does it come from? What are the reasons? What are the motivations for hatred among antisemites? Seems to be an important thing to mention if you're interested in making a change.

​How can you solve hatred when you don't know where it's coming from? If, to give one example, it's proven that antisemitism is tied to prejudice and misrepresentations of Jews in media, online, education,... that can clearly be solved with more ease than to be totally clueless about it. You can take action.

But I'm not surprised that some of you aren't interested in knowing the reasons. First of all, too many people think that acknowledging the genuine nature of prejudice and hatred is the same as legitimizing it (not true); second of all, asking why hatred happens shifts the discussion from blame to solution. And some would rather just continue to blame and play victim.

​Yes an intelligent person would see that. Just like few weeks ago an Israeli in Berlin got killed. The intentions were not clear but it leads to that conclusion.

​it's not even close to hooliganism. It supports Christians,Muslims,homos-xuals etc. just not judaism and jews.

​It is perfectly on point, though As for the personal attack: I'm not blaming you for it, I'm actually showing understanding of the logic of not being interested in the causes for violence. But my point in the first half of the post still stands: it does matter to know the origin and I explained why.

So would you mind staying on point and replying to what I said instead of interpreting it as an attack and therefore being able to dismiss it?

Maybe i'm ignorant but I don't really understand why jews get treated more like a race then they do a religion

​Judaism isn't a religion by definition like Christianism or Islam, it's a confession, main differences are that you are born jewish, you may not believe in God though. Also Jews don't want to convert others like other religion, they are a choosen group of people so converting is actually quite difficult.

I think regarding the reasons, it's indeed deeply rooted in Europe as Simon says but not all over the world, for example the Israelo-Palestinian conflict did make it worse regarding tensions between Jews and arabs /muslims but to me it seems that even if you go back in history they were already a minority ofte oppressed. It might because of the way they wouldn't mix or integrate as much in society as other minorities...
