If she wanna loose weight then she can do whatever she wants, it's her body. I lost around 7kg in 3 months, it's very easy don't eat crap (like mc donalds or chocolate) and do more sport !

Do what you want with your own body, basically. Just realize the consequences. There's chunky, tubby, fat (which is now a harsh word) then there's obese and morbidly obese. It can be bad for your health, but if you're cool with that, go ahead 

One thing I find annoying (diva incoming) is all these fat chicks running around saying "men like curvy women like me". Yes, some do...but round isn't curvy...curvy is what you get after proper diet and having a moderately active lifestyle. The shape you are is what you get when you fall asleep in a bowl of cheetos while watching Ru Paul's Drag Race 

Not meaning to sound harsh, I've just had to deal with a lot of snotty larger chicks who think their Sh*t doesn't stink and they're the hottest women out there...which makes them ugly where it counts.
