Morphine Prince 109,687
Illegal immigrants take the jobs nobody wants though The US isn't small so i don't get why illegal immigrants pose such a problem still. I get that some are a part of the whole d--g system that runs along the border but most come here for a new start. If anything, we should start providing programs (if there isn't any already) to help them and start targeting the people who pay them lower than allowed just because they're here illegally. Stricker border control isn't going to stop them from coming over That would require more money. Americans hate taxes. Connect the dots.
bumblebee 2,528
The thing is that Libya was at the beginning of a civil war, the former leader Kadhafi was killing its own people that were rebelling againt himFrance, (and UK) went to war to protect the libyan people, and later Kadhafi was found and dead by its own people.France and UK helped to end the war, it's just that after the war ended, the libyan people failed at establishing a stable democratic government. And after that well it became a mess in Libya Well it didn't seem they actually helped to end the war then, otherwise the conflict wouldn't spark again. The country deserved more assistance in the post-war regulation, it was unprofessional to just kill their leader and think those people who had lived under dictatorship for so many years would build the new society on their own. They stopped the civil war. A new government took place, but ISIS raised in power in the country AFTER the UE left, and is now in war with the official power(s). The official government is facing islamist groups, like many other countries in Africa/Middle East. Libya is currently divided into three 'governements'. UE isnt to blame for every problem Libya is facing post war, it's just that the lybian society is divided, what could european countries do about that?Dont forget that we are almost four years after the first civil war, the UE couldnt stay for so long. Also, France and UK didnt kill their leader, they (libyan people) killed him by themselves.

Well it seems there is a difference between stopping the civil war (which involves bringing both sides to peaceful negotiations) and backing one of the sides in the civil war, after all. People rebelled because they wanted a democracy and his reply was murders so when he realised he was about to lose because France and UK came to help the people, he left and hide, then was found by some rebels and killed by them.
