like could she pull of the sound of the late 90s or early-mid noughties? think JoJo, vintage Britney, mariah or vintage JT merged together. those ballad style songs with the acoustic guitars & what not.

I'd love to hear her do some music like that, they were always catchy & are still remembered almost a decade+ later

90s is considered as vintage now?:laughga:

If Gaga ever went for a "vintage" sound, I'd want it to be inspired from the 20s-60s. So much variation from each decade; each sound is SO different, yet so iconic.

If Gaga went for a 40s inspired sound like many of the songs off Christina's "Back to the Basics" album, I would actually die.

That music is sometimes very cringy and outdated, so I don't really know...

I don't think of the 90s when I hear Back to Basics, it reminds me more of the 1920s or 30s.

God I hope not. Production from back then sounds so outdated and bad. I like how smooth and clean production sounds these days. :nick:

If she wanted to, I'd want some 50's inspired music. Like that one Avicii song (I'm not sure if it's 50's inspired doe).

Nobody thinks of Back to Basics when we think of the 90s because like you said it's from a totally different time period, but I'd hardly call the 90s "vintage" at all, yet here we are...

Something like Confessions On The Dancefloor

Would you like a "Gaga vs Madge" again though? :sweep:

Oh so you put it as an example of a good vintage record, not as an example for a 90s inspired record... I got the opossite.
