​because it's obvious, it was meant to be a collab with Kendrick Lamar & on his album so it's original version would have obviously been more urban sounding, and Gaga was the feature so she would have just sang the chorus and a verse undoubtably. Plus it's "artRAVE" so it would've been remixed t sound more rave friendly & more her vision for the song than Kendrick's

Why ? It's a serious theme in a fun packaging. The lyrics have meaning and are not cheap IMO

​"High with the enemy" is a pretty cool formulation.

Not a chart hit, no. It's not radio friendly at all and the GP wouldn't have gotten it.

But it's a great song.
