Actually I only listen Gaga so I can't compare to Beyonce, Katy Perry or anyone else..

ARTPOP is an amazing album and it really helped me to understand that art have no limit and that I should be proud of my creativity, I love her for that :pray:

It contains some of my all time favorite Gaga songs and I really like the overall energy and spirit. The only song I don't like is Do What U Want and it kinda killed the whole era but oh well

I have been a fan since ARTPOP as well and I love it so much. It's my favorite album from Gaga after Born This Way. :legend: 

I'm always shocked at how much hate it gets from Lady Gaga fans. :wtfga: If the album would have had an amazing era, there wouldn't even be half the amount of hate that there currently is. :sweep: 

This pretty much!!  I LOVE ARTPOP and can't get enough of it!!  I've been a fan since The Fame and I think she gets better with each album.  :yes:

Hello, I am Lukkas :)

I have been reading the forum but never wanted to post. Just wanna say hi to everyone

I became a fan of Lady Gaga since ARTPOP era :) To me it's very different from many albums out there and the production is amazing. and Gaga's lyrics made them so unique. I mean imo it's way better than Beyonce, Prism, and let's not even talk about Britney Jean.

But reading on here I see a lot of members dislike it or disappointed in it. Could you explain to me why?

Welcome to Gaga Daily Lukkas!!  I completely agree with you!!  ARTPOP is an amazing album!!  BTW (Born This Way) was amazing as well, but on a different level.  Both albums are just :legend:

I don't think Gaga can ever top BTW tbh

I really feel that ARTPOP delivered big, but some of the fans here don´t like it cause it "underperformed", but really this album has the best instrumentals yet, some of the best lyrics, ARTPOP carries the message of being who you are better than BTW and it says it in a metaphorical way so it´s much better imo :yes: and her playing with words on this album is really clever as well, G.U.Y, MANiCURE, the double meaning of Venus :legend: 

And for those of you who don´t read between the lines, the first half of the album deals with insecurity (ART), the second half with overtly self-confidence (POP), with ARTPOP in the middle saying that they could belong together, the insecure part of you and the one trying to be cool, it says that you can be cool while being yourself :yes:

bunch of hypocrites everyone was raving at Donatella until that Karma Bitch mess and how ARTPOP was so good until they saw the first weeks sales bye i can't at this fanbase or this particular trash site

The haters are always the most vocal group.  I loved ARTPOP!  It wasn't perfect, but the productions were so rich and interesting.  I could just listen to instrumentals of them.  Aura, ARTPOP, Applause, DWUW, Swine, and MJH give me life!

ARTPOP is a great album but it just wasn't good enough for everybody. There is nothing we can do about it. No album will ever get universal praise.

Not way better than Beyoncé. That's not even a pop album, but anyway.

But it's one of the best pop albums out there, yes and with TF my fav Gaga album :flutter:

Definitely underrated by the critics and this fanbase.

why do you praise Beyoncé that much? Honestly it's not such a good album. :koons:
