They shouldn't lower taxes when cutting on healthcare, welfare and education because that's immoral.the tories are that bad. I may be biased as I am Scottish. Because they lower the taxes on the poor.In my country the conservatives want to lower the taxes on the rich and higher them for the poor, but in the UK the tories want lower income tax for the poor and they want to keep the income tax progressive rather than a flat income tax.
