I hope the Katy Perry rumour isn't true. XF viewers just don't really warm to American judges. Kelly Rowland didn't have rave reviews at all or any support, put a girl who had barely any coverage through to the live shows (these people always go out early because no one knows them well enough) and made a terrible choice by eliminating her most talented act on the first live show and then suffered the embarrassment of having the girl go on to win third place after being re-instated due to another contestant being axed. No wonder she left after one season. Nicole Scherzinger had her fans but a significant amount of viewers hated her attention seeking antics and overdramatic Americanisms. American judges just don't understand the British public and what we want.

As long as Cheryl isn't back, I can deal, though. Mel B had better be back. Along with Dannii Minogue, she's the only female XF judge who wasn't useless and/or unbearable.
