Will Gaga leave Interscope after her 5th album?

At least put the opinion tag. I did something similar a couple days ago and now I see why people were upset it's incredibly misleading. On the other hand though the story showed up in gaga thoughts not news and events so people shouldn't have been too excited

I don't know labels well. What would benefit her from signing on with Capitol?

capitol are really good with promo and putting music out there to get good sales  thats where katas signed sadly but we see her success

Sis. :gaycat:

But I don't know. If they offer her more money for another multi-album deal she might stay. :p

Thanks for explaining. Promo is definitely important!

Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."

Interscope is a huge label. She should just stay.

You don't deserve a point of view if the only thing you see is you.

I feel like Interscope gives her a fair amount of control on stuff, even though their promo machine might be a bit subpar. Capitol might be nice, but I doubt if she'll get that much control over what she does. I guess it depends on what you want :emma:

Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn

She said she likes them... I think it's a good label, and they give her a lot of control over her work. Maybe she'll go independent after her contract ends, but I think she feels comfortable with them.

Interscope is a good label and they allow her to do what she wants... the problem is the people that work there... need to be fired :bye:

I don't think so. She doesn't complain about her label - she makes the odd statement about 'record labels', but not directed at her own.

Those odd statements about record labels are obviously directed at Interscope. She's clearly not happy with them, and wants to leave, IMO.

Could you please not make your thread title read like an announcement if you're only speculating?

Sorry about that, I suck with titles. I changed the title.

I would if I were her.

I know right, I would get the **** out and stay as far away from them as possible.

shell probably just resign unless she goes to capitol which would be a god move

There's no way she'll resign with that ****ty incompetent record label. It would be a good move if she goes to Capitol, indeed.

I feel like I've heard she's unhappy with promo and certification, but I am not sure. She could always go Indie. I suppose, but that would be a lot of her own money she'd have to put up, though that's the price you pay for absolute creative freedom. If she does decide to leave I hope it is a decision she gets some serious consultation with and that she has her career deeply planned for the next five years.

I'm 110% sure she's unhappy with promo and certification. She has more than enough money to put up if she wants to go indie, Or start her own label.
