Where do you see Gaga in the future? (musically)

To tell you the truth, I miss the old days of Gaga mania. Sometimes I felt like she was the only friend I had. It wasn't until she hit the scene that I felt like there was someone in the world who understood me. I owe her my life. 

Lately I just feel like things have changed. Maybe it's me. But I miss the days of over the top pop amazing music and hovering around on GGD waiting for things to leak and whatnot. This current era doesn't strike my soul in the same way , and I don't know what to think.  My intention is by no means to bash the current era with Tony, as it shows the world what a versatile and multi talent artist she truly is. But I would be lying if I said this is my fav era of Gags. Do any of you feel the same?

I guess my question to you is--- where do you see her in the future, music wise? 5 years from now? 10 years?

I can see her doing pop while showing off her vocals more, as well as dabbling in a few other genres of music. I could also see her doing Broadway to get that EGOT status, as well as recording an original holiday album.

I don't know...when she first talked about working with Nile Rodgers and Moroder I though she was going disco/funky, which made total sense...but then RedOne came into the picture and now I feel like she might be doing what she already did...or going RockGa - and I'm not sure it would be a good move...

And I like her singing Jazz, but it's more like a side project for her...so I doubt she'll ever do just that...

She might also surprise us all with a huge  and move to the countryside to raise Taylor's babies...ppl would go berserk XD

I feel the same as you  It's great that she's having the time of her life doing jazz with Tony, but as it's not the type of music I'm into I'm not feeling the same as I did with her pop releases  Nobody's at fault or to blame, it's just the way it is  

In 5 years from now I honestly see her beginning to settle down and be less of a busy bee, taking things at a slower pace maybe. In 10 years I see that pace being maintained and everything being blissful

I see her acting horizons expanding (like Lance said I definitely see Broadway in her future, or maybe a musical film). 

I imagine she will experiment with all kinds of different sounds and music, but she seems to really like dance pop so I imagine it will be incorporated in just about everything or she will make a super heavy return to it. But I also see a rock album coming. 

I predict at some point she will come out with her own fashion line (why not?).

And of course, more Grammy's.

i'd love to see her star in a musical film or on Broadway in Grease, but musically as a musician i'd love to see her continue to evolve & not go back to her old styles just to please people (if LG5 is like this i won't like it as much tbh)

TBH I can't tell but I will be able to predict after LG5/6 if her next album is experimental like BTW and ARTPOP I see her experimenting more but if the next album is commercial like TF/TFM then i'd have to say she's gonna have a career similar to Madonna with hit and miss albums along the way.
