Why some Gaga lyrics sometimes seem "bad"

I have noticed that some here think that Gaga is an ok to maybe even bad songwriter. But I personally think that Gaga is a great songwriter. I feel that the fact that Gaga often uses strange topics, weird lyrics, and or multiple meanings in one song creates this sense that she doesn't know what she is talking about and or that she doesn't know how to connect sentences together. But it is obvious that Gaga is able to write conventionally beautiful flowing lyrics like most great artists do (You and I, Dope, Speechless, Edge of Glory, ect.). But in the case of Gaga, she also has this other metaphorical and abstract type of songwriting that many people just don't get. I good way to look at this is by thinking of the artworks by Michelangelo and Picasso. Michelangelo for the most part made atheistically beautiful paintings that were easy to understand and to connect to. On the other hand, Picasso made some abstract, and maybe not so pleasing paintings, that contained emotional meanings that maybe only he understood. Gaga's songwriting is just like these two styles of art, sometimes her lyrics are easily relateable and beautiful and other times she creates a unique lyrical collage of emotions that only she understands. But Just like with picasso's paintings,  you can still appreciate and admire Gaga's creativity and skill, even if you can't decipher what her work means, or even if her work does not seem conventionally beautiful. Now, If you genuinely think Gaga has some bad songs, than that is fine. But maybe if you don't always look at her work with a conventional eye, than you may find a new appreciation in her abstract lyrics.

If I remember correctly, she's said herself that sometimes she doesn't think about the actual meaning when she's writing, but cares more about the flow of the words and how they actually sound with the music

Y'all are criticizing Gaga for her lyrics while Boom Boom Boom, even brighter than the moon moon moon Stacey gets hailed as lyricist of the millenium. Put your things in perspective. When Gaga's lyrics are silly, they are meant to be silly and not taken seriously. Nobody says about an actor who plays an obvious parody of another character "OH HE'S SUCH A BAD ACTOR, I CAN'T TAKE HIM SERIOUSLY"

He didn't say Gaga is a modern day Picasso. He compared how people understand Gaga's work to how people understood Picasso's work. Most of the times, only Gaga knows what her lyric's mean, just like it was the deal with Picasso,

I like dancin', and ponies....

So the only reason one might not like some of her lyrics is because they're too stupid to decipher her "deep, abstract, groundbreaking" lyrics?

Is it impossible to think that people understand what she's saying but what she's saying just isn't said well?

Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~

Like I said, if you think some of her lyrics are bad than that is fine. Bur for example, what is wrong with that Fashion sentence? It is obvious that what Gaga is saying in this sentence, is something that Gaga probably does in her real life, and it also fits with the whole Fashion/looking good theme.

She's said in the past that she just "honors her vomit" and pretty much keeps the first draft lyrics for every song because it comes from a very real place inside her. But sometimes it's really obvious that she hasn't honed lyrics and they sound like she's not put effort in.

However, some of her songs prove she's a lyrical genius when she really tries to be. TEOG, Speechless, Princess Die, You and I, Gypsy, Dope... they all have beautiful lyrics and show she's got what it takes.

I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!!
