It is staged. This kind of thing is common here in Latin America. That video is not in Brazil but here there is a religion called "evangélica" which is kind of like the mormons. The pastors are really really rich, they have TV shows and stage those kind of things. They say that everyone needs to pay a part of their income to the church so they can go to heaven. It's disgusting and a really big religion here.

​I go to an evangelic church and it's not like that. You are referring to the "prosperity" churches, and they claim to be evangelic but they are just nasty people who wants their followers money.

And to the op, I've seen things like that in person and even weirder things have happened in front of my eyes. I can't even explain the things that I have seen and the ones that have happened to me and my family. Sometimes people fake them for money and their own glory, but many times is something real.
