Unless her mic was broke or something I refuse to believe it. I know she has loud backing track at times, but she either sings along or keeps her mouth shut.

​You can't see her lips moving. And in this video she does more choreo than she usually does. 

My bet is that this was an experiment with an 'all dance, no singing' performance (like Madonna's Vogue at the VMAs). Obviously she hated it and never went back.

She definitely has. Hopefully someone will remember the citation for her lipping Telephone at an early Monster Ball 2.0 show

​that was because she wanted Telephone to be a dance number where she only dances but when Telephone become a single she started singing it live
