That was disrespectful and definitely not okay, especially when you've given someone your word that it won't be released  I don't see why alarm bells didn't ring for her when he said he wanted to shoot it "just for fun" though, like I personally become a bit uncomfortable just imagining Terry Richardson saying that - and I apologise if that sounds mean but the stories of his past endeavours have obviously made an impact on my perception of him  

At the end of the day she gained more from the violation than she lost, which I guess is lucky a way, but it doesn't excuse his wrongdoing. The principal was still broken, it just so happens that it had a positive outcome for Kate's career, that isn't a guarantee and the risk shouldn't be taken regardless
