When people run you aren't supposed to pull a gun out and shoot, there are so many other ways to stop someone instead of ending their life in the process. Even if the intention wasn't to kill him, why begin shooting in the first place? He also looks fat, or at least unfit, so I think he was lazy to run after him it was easier to pull out the gun. Idiot. And JDi troll, there are also cases when white old men are flashing their gun in the park and pointing towards police, yet they stay alive after arrest and police has tons of patience with them. It's the same in army, you have to be physically fit. If you're police officer on the street, chances are you're gonna have to run. What at if that guy was a murderer or a rapist tho, Should the officer have let him run away? like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. Not let him run away, definitely not. The man who was shot wasn't wanted for a violent crime.When the police pull someone over for a traffic violation, they call in the person's name and number on their license. This police officer knew that this man was not wanted for a violent crime. There was no legal reason to shoot him in the back several times. This was cold-blooded murder.
