If it's based on quality of the performer and the headliner's joy at being on stage, Gaga deserves to win. Artrave was amazing, I went to two show and it was a wonderful, joyous experience.

the fact I attended 3 out of 5  Katy deserves it for her show, Gaga for her singing and the fact she's never won this when TMB and TBTWB were the best in their year
