Do I miss the success Gaga had in 2009? Not really. what I DO miss...

Well everyone started hating her fanbase first, they mirrored that attitude from Gaga and started acting like she's the second coming of Jesus and dismissing other artists and fanbases, saying that everyone copied what she did. Then she started saying that Born This Way was gonna be the album of the generation and that it was gonna steal all the grammies but instead came with an unfinished and rushed album that copied everything and everyone from Madonna to Bruce Springsteen and Whitney Houston. That basicaly was one of the reasons no one was there for her during the ARTPOP era.

well I don't really care what other people think of her fanbase or anything, I just enjoy the work.

How is BTW unfinished and rushed? She didn't copy anyone either. It's the most GAGA album she's ever released.

She was mysterious back then, and it kept everyone on the edge of their seats. Now that the mystery is over, her aura is not as interesting. But her talent overcomes that and makes me keep loving her.

But that was at the beginning... I mean, she did it incredibly well, but that can't last forever. It is imposible for anyone to keep it that way for years...And yeah, I loved that aura too, it is what made me a fan, it was like: who the **** is this girl and why is she acting like she was the second comming? I love ha. Take my life.

you know i'm right tho.

Plus she was wasted most of the time (d--gs, alcohol etc) so she had that *i'm living in my own world and i don't give a damn about you* style.

No, I don't think you're right. You're twisting my words. The thing I liked about her abviously may have to some extent stemmed form her success, but I never cared about her success. I didn't enjoy her work because she sold a bunch of singles.

and I thought that was damn cool. Obviously it's sad, unhealthy and dangerous and I wouldn't want her to be go through issues like that, but there was still something fascinating about that lifstyle, if you will. I don't know if it was an act or for real, though.

I miss her attitude as well, but can you imagine living your life like that everyday? Walking around like this badass who isnt affected by anything? It takes a lot of work to keep up the mystery and aura she posessed back then, so I'm not surprised she cracked. One can only maintain a front for so long. I also belive that alcohol and d--gs played apart in her persona back then as well. But yeah, I do understand what you mean. I still love her though.

It's science, bitch

yeah, and as I said, I wouldn't want her to go back to being like that. that would get boring

I'm with you.

I mean i love that gaga so much but i'm fully aware of the fact that she was behaving this way because of her success and because of her d--g/alcohol use.

I miss TFGa she had nothing to do with the Gaga we know today, It was hard for me to recognize Gaga after TF when TFM came out. Cause ever since TFM she would change up things dramatically where as the look she had during TF was constant (Platinum blond wig with optional hair bow, a lot of bronzer, tan skin, light pink/nude lip, crystal glasses, disco stick and finally latex outfit).

It's obvious.

Her confidence SHATTERED after MTN flopped, if you watched her over the years you see that after that she started changing

Plus she doesn't have the drive anymore that "I need to make it" drive. During the ARTPOP era only the jingle bell ball had that spirit. She got it back for that 1 night, she was so confident and badass during that show

She actually brought it back twice imo.. the jingle bell ball and the SXSW concert where she really didn't just give 2 f*cks, from that moment i felt like a rockstar just by watching her :legend:

OT: I do miss her fearlessness but i think her confidence is building up again..  its also very inspiring to see your idol go into these awful moments and watch her climb her way up.. nobody is invicible not even your idol but you can always get through anything if you believe in yourself...

Destiny is for losers. It’s just a stupid excuse to wait for things to happen instead of making them happen

People say she was the most badass during Born This Way, but I think it was during The Fame Monster. She was just effortlessly badass.

Lol you couldn't be more wrong here..I am sure she didn't even CARE that MTN flopped..Monsters are the ones that made it a thing...  default_air.jpg

She did care, why do you think she didn't care?

It broke her heart, she wanted it to be her lead and it became her worst performing single for a long time.

So either you are ignorant and just talk sh*t, or you should come up with a different reason for her change in character and explain yourself

First of all you are rude and I was kind with you so I want some respect.:what: Then "it broke her heart"? Seriously? The fact that the single didn't perform well doesn't mean anything lol.. If it was the first single as she wanted it to be it would be #1 lol. And she knows that monsters love that song . Everyone has singles that underperform. She obviously didn't lose her "confidence" for that... And actually. She did NOT change her character. She just became more relaxed and cool with being famous.... And imo she is way better now that she is more down to earth and more normal.
