First, I do. Second, as I said, Egypt supports Palestine and its statehood since ever. It has noting to do with it not wanting to suffer more off Hamas' terror.

Hamas is exactly the same as ISIS. It's moto is to destroy Israel, It's cares nothing about establishing a Palestinian state nor Palestinian people. Instead of building Gaza and developing it, Hamas made Gaza into hell.

Individual people are not dangerous + don't worry. they're being checked. ;)

Well you are just repeating same mantra over and over.

Hamas is a resistance group, and Israel was killing Palestinians even before they were formed. Hamas won on democratic elections, something IS would kill them all for.

Hamas is fighting for own people and land, they don't aim for world domination.

So no, they are not the same.

Israel is not letting international community to help Gaza and is ignoring Hamas' plan for 10 years truce. Israel is shooting humanitarians on the ships, so don't tell me about how it's all Palestinians fault.

I'm afraid Islamists are stupid. Excuse me for not finding logic in this reckless state of mind. :duck:

Ther'e nothing that could erase a heritage. Expansions are indeed wrong and I agree with you, I don't support this Idea and I think its hurting Israel more than benefiting. That being said, there's no chance for real peace right now. Not even the Palestinian believes in their leadership and Hamas will take any chance to take control over the West Bank as well.

Yeah well they don't have much choice do they? Abbas doesn't care about his own people. Hamas has many fractions, many wings, political wing maybe promises more than PA, I don't know. But the fact is, they do deserve to have own state. No matter who they elect.

And the Palestinian people 'freely' elected Hamas into power.

Saying they are victims is idiocy imo.

They did.

The elections were supervised. There is no one else defending them from Israel and they do have right to defend themselves.

Group punishments and denying they're victims of Israeli aggression and occupation, is idiocy imo.

So since its a resistance group its okay to kill people? Hamas is not the only terror organization Palestinians established over the 60 last decades you know. Even the PLO used to terror Israel civilians before it became the base of the PA.

Hamas' goal is to destroy Israel and it says it in public. It encourages the Gazans to ignore IDF warning and to stay home while knowing they're going to get killed. Why? because it helps them gaining international sympathy. It invest nothing in Palestinians and rather invest billions in weapons and tunnels. Is that how it cares about land and people? no. Hamas = Isis = Boko Haram = Al Qaeda. They're all lunatics. They're all glamorizing fear, terror and death. They're all believe in Islamic sharia law.

Israeli is letting food and other materials into Gaza freely. Back in 2010 Israel asked the Mavy Marmara to put their aid in Ashdod's Port and to move it into Gaza by land. They refused.

And Palestinians don't deserve, right?

It's always victim blaming with you.

Don't repeat those photos with kitchen knives and rusty building tools. I don't believe that they went there with that purpose. Israel just tries to cover up and justify their actions as usual. And you believe everything what your government says about Hamas, you were not present there to know if they did that what you're accusing them for.

No, they're not the same as those other groups, if you educate yourself about their origin you would know. The other groups would kill them if they had chance.

Yeah of course no matter what kind of resistance, whether offensive or defensive it's always terrorism to Israel. That's the rhetoric Israel uses to get International sympathy and support.

When did I say they don't? stop assuming.

No I won't stop because it makes you uncomfortable to face the face the truth. Why on earth would someone go up a humanitarian ship with those weapons? they knew they're gonna be stopped and they planned to kill Israeli soldiers.

And lol at you asking me to believe a terror organization rather then my country. even non-Israelis are questioning Hamas. I don't need to believe what my government says, I was present when rockets were fired at my family and there was someone firing them.

They're exactly the same. I don't care what they thing about each other, I care what they think about me. The the only thing that matters here, discussing the Israeli - Arab conflict.

Defensive... resistance....

Occupation...defensive...sure Jan

It doesn't make me uncomfortable, it makes me bored. Since we had this discussion many times before.

It doesn't matter if you were present, I went through bombing as well. What matters is you have lots of claims without any proof. Only that your army and government says so.

But now Palestinians joined ICC, and let both sides be trialled for war crimes. So lets see.

I never said so... but try, I guess.

We had this discussion many times before and you still seems to ignore the truth and believe there was no reason this ship was stopped & that Israel has some kind of fetish with seeing Palestinians suffer.

This is an absolute joke. You're doubting legitimate sources while asking everyone else to believe an organization publicly calling for the annihilation of Israel cares about the Palestinians at all. This isn't any court-battle and I don't bring in any proofs. I bring the truth while you're ignoring it constantly.

Waiting for the ICC. As if there's anyone in the world who still thinks this conflict can be solved by foreigners. :air:

that Israel has some kind of fetish with seeing Palestinians suffer.

That is sadly what many Israeli activists claim. That's why they are harassed and humiliated at checkpoints, that's why many are harassed at the airport, so they wouldn't come back. I believe these activists, because they actually go out there and witness what is going on. They don't just sit at home and absorb everything Israeli politicians say.

You believe that's the truth, I don't. We are not in court, but there is no reason to believe you just because you say so.

ICC won't solve the conflict, but it sure might to give some justice to the victims. Only if Israel wasn't so afraid of it.

Stopping a ship that contains weapons is defensive. Whether you like it or not.

Your point of view on me is sick and twisted, you're doubting my intelligence only because I seem to seek life and because its impossible to agree with you for everyone who balanced. It's me who suffers this conflict, not you, and it has nothing to do with Israeli politicians and what they say because if you still didn't notice I'm a left voter.

Israeli would benefit the most from peace. Even more than the Palestinians. But right now the they're still not ready to run a country for themselves. At least not a stable one that will assure Israel's safety, a thing you seem to be careless about. There's no reason to keep this situation the same but security. Not only Israel's, but also the Palestinians. If it wasn't for Israel they would have been long ago sinking in poverty, Islamic laws & wars, dictatorships like most of the neighboring states. The moment they'll be ready to establish a state it will be much easier for everyone around.

The International community is unbalanced. Most of the countries are having their interest in this conflict. There are people who will benefit from every conclusion this court will reach. That's useless. The only way to solve this conflict is by direct talks.

Israel people are suffering from the daily threat of being killed, plus the amount of resources dedicated to their military would go a long way to make everyone's life better if those resources were directed at peaceful projects.  (Including Palestinians)

I see Iranian backed Hamas and the religous zelotry in the region as the primary obsticle to peace.

Lego is the only person here that truly believes that "palestine" and "palestinians" exist. She is wrong.

Those "palestinians" went to Israel in the 1800s when Jewish pioneers purchased the land from Assyrians who owned the land and turned the swamps into flourishing farms. The arabs heard of the economic opportunities so they migrated to Israel. But, prior to the agricultural developments, yes, there were arabs living there. Abraham led the Jewish people out of Israel into Memphis (told in Book of Exodus) due to famine. Arabs migrated outwards of Medina into Moab, Ammon, and other territories. When the Israelites returned to the Holy Land, there were arab immigrants living there. However they were NOT native to the area like people love to say. When the British colonized the Middle East, Israel was called Palestine by everyone thanks to Roman king Hadrian whom renamed the Land of Israel to the Latinized form of the word "Philistia" in 62 AD after destroying Jerusalem, the name of the southwestern territory of Israel that was settled by the real Philistines, people from the Island of Crete (Greeks). They were the Jews' greatest enemies in biblical times, so King Hadrian sought an opportunity to wipe the trace of Jews off the planet by renaming the entire state to Philistia. These people were all killed off during their attempt at violent invasions to Israel after a failed invasion in Egypt, defended by Pharaoh Ramose III.

http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/History/Philistines.html

Yes, I used a Jewish source, which is NOT biased like you try to say about all my sources. Look it up for yourself, it is a known fact by historians of the origin of the Philistines.

Did you know that no such country called "Palestine" ever marked on a map before 1948 by people other than the British prior to the Mandate of Palestine? Why are you trying to prove its existence with a book and coins made by the British whom called it Palestine to begin with? And why is it that no "Palestinians" claimed the land as "Palestine" until the State of Israel was reestablished in 1948? Why? Because they considered themselves arabs but just as Israel was reestablished they wanted to steal the Jewish Holy Land by claiming it was their native land. See Yasser Arafat's "Palestinian Liberation Organization" arguments, which are all pathetic and incorrect.

When Israel was created, the people living in the West Bank and Gaza tried to go back to the countries their ancestors came from, Egypt, Transjordan, and Saudi. BUT. The countries didn't want them! They wanted them to be a sore thumb to the Jews by keeping them there! When the people tried to migrate to the countries, they MASSACRED their own people just to make the Jews look like the villains! Thousands were killed! This event is known as Black September. Why does no one mention that? Why? Because: They want to steal our land. Even if it means killing their own people. And, before the State of Israel was created, only 80,000 of these people were living in that area. Why is it that the population increased to millions after Israel was created? Because: Arabia and surrounding countries promoted immigration to the area just as Israel was reestablished. They wanted those people to stay there and be an issue to the Jews for eternity. They accomplished their goal.

Another reason why they won't leave the Jews alone is because of Jerusalem. They think that the al-Aqsa mosque (Dome of the Rock) was the mosque named in the Qu'ran, in which Muhammed dreamed about his journey to the heavens and had a conference with the other prophets. This is FALSE. When Israel was overtaken by the Byzantine Empire (Romans), the Romans built a Catholic Church right on the remains of the second Jewish temple at Temple Mount. When the Byzantine Empire declined, and the Islamic Caliphate empire began growing, Omar Caliph overtook Israel. He destroyed the Christian Catholic church imagery on the building, removed the roof, and added an onion-like dome-shaped roof to convert it into a mosque. Omar then renamed the church to "al-Aqsa" mosque, which means "furthest" or "remotest" mosque in arabic, to match the mosque named that in the Qur'an to make it seem like Muhammed rose to heaven in that exact area. Again, this is FALSE. How is it that Muhammed rose to heaven in a building built 80 years after he died? How is it that Muhammed never stepped foot into Israel during his entire lifetime? How is it that when Transjordan illegally occupied East Jerusalem from 1950 through 1967, they never wanted to claim Jerusalem as their capital? Easy. Because they knew it was NOT the mosque named in the Qur'an. But suddenly, they want to make Jerusalem the capital of a fake country called Palestine? They want to call themselves Palestinians even though those people don't exist anymore? Why is that? They want to steal the land of Israel and make it their own **** hole like they've done in every other islamic country.

This is my favorite:

Upon its capture by the Arab Legion, the Jewish Quarter of the Old City was destroyed and its residents expelled. Fifty-eight synagogues--some hundreds of years old--were destroyed, their contents looted and desecrated. Some Jewish religious sites were turned into chicken coops or animal stalls. The Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives, where Jews had been burying their dead for over 2500 years, was ransacked; graves were desecrated; thousands of tombstones were smashed and used as building material, paving stones or for latrines in Arab Legion army camps. The Intercontinental Hotel was built on top of the cemetery and graves were demolished to make way for a highway to the hotel. The Western Wall became a slum area.

http://www.sixdaywar.org/content/jordanianocuupationjerusalem.asp

Let's not forget that Jews have been living in that land since the BC times. She was also wrong with her statement that every Jew cannot trace their heritage back to Judaea. When the Jews of Judaea rebelled against the Byzantine Empire rule, the Roman King Hadrian destroyed the second Jewish Temple of Temple Mount and massacred as many of them as he could with his army. This caused the Jews to disperse all around Asia and Europe as running away from the Romans and what they did to their city. So no, you are wrong Mrs. Lego, most Jews can trace their heritage back to Israel unless someone in their bloodline were converts. This can easily be affirmed by a DNA blood test.

Also, did you know that there are some villages in The West Bank where the people know their blood is Jewish, that their ancestors were the Jews that did not leave during the Diaspora, and that their ancestors were forced to convert to islam during the brutal Arab Conquest of the Levant invasion? Some may wonder how islam spread from one corner of the world to other. The answer is that the arabs invaded Egypt, Persia, Phoenicia, Assyria, Kurdistan, North Africa, and MANY more countries during brutal invasions, where they burned down villages, murdered the people, raped the women, enslaved the children, and so much more, until the people finally surrendered and converted to islam. After the Caliphate invaded and occupied those countries, the Ottoman Empire then took over after and spread islam even further-- to the Caucasus Mountains region and the Balkan peninsula. The turks were just as brutal and cruel as the arabs were, by using forced conversions onto the people they conquered. That is why Bosnia, Albania and Kosovo are muslim countries today; same with Circcasia and Chechnya. Look at Iran today, it's such a horrible country. Along with Afghanistan. But you know what? They are not Arabs. They are Pashtuns. Their original religion was Zoroastrianism, one of the most beautiful and peaceful religions that ever existed. All these cultures were destroyed by islam. I don't understand how anyone who knows their ancestors were forced to convert to islam still choose to follow it today.

Muhammad was a con artist, he made people believe only his words. There were multiple religions around at that time in Arabia, he gathered info about them, and came up with his own religion (I'm assuming in a cave alone). He was inspired by fairy tales (that he believed were true) by previous "Prophets", he wanted to be the best amongst them as he called himself the "Chosen one" by "Allah". The proof for him believing in his inspirations is that he mentions "Jesus" coming back like Christians do. If he was "perfect" and best amongst them, why was he the last? Because he knew in his mind that he was not a miracle worker. He just switched it around saying "Jesus" will join muslims, to make them still follow him. He was so stuck up to his own beliefs/inspirations, that led him to make mistakes. A fairy tale based off of other fairy tales is what islam is, and that's the truth.

Borderline racist, Islamophobic and completely off topic (although the topic went off-topic ages ago); what a lovely trio. Props I guess for writing such a long post though :spin:

Illegitimating the Palestinian people and the Palestinian state/their goal for it isn't gonna bring peace to the region; so I'm not sure of what relevance that will ever have

How is this conflict about Islam though?

Anyway, your historical data is way off (especially your COMPLETELY unhistorical account of Islamic expansion that, scholars know, wasn't violent of tone, with respect to Christians and Jews and usually even without any protest from the common people, who were used to changing political powers for hundreds of years which didn't even influence them that much) and your anti-Islam arguments that are correct count for every major religion that had a political agenda. Your attempts to place yourself in Muhammad's head is a joke. It's a fact that Allah was one of many gods worshipped in the geographical area where Islam was created, but the same counts for Yahweh, so how does that fairytale-logic only make Islam illegitimate?

I don't understand your obsession with presenting Palestine as a historical illusion. Even if your line of argument was true, which it isn't, I fail to see the relevance of it, since Muslims support their claim with actual historical facts that have nothing to do with region borders. The term, pointing to the area, was used in Ancient Greece at least indeed, but not in the story that you're presenting. In fact, the term was already used in the fifth century BC so bye at that whole argument, maybe CHECK your Jewish source before copying it. And how about mentioning all the different non-Islamic cultures that have dominated the area throughout history?

So, basically, an incomplete, useless mess of a post.
